About Us

Welcome to Indy Holistic Living — where connection, integrity, and community come together to support holistic health and vibrant local living.

At Indy Holistic Living, we believe in the transformative power of holistic living to heal, empower, and uplift. Our vision is to cultivate a vibrant, connected ecosystem of local holistic businesses and practitioners, empower individuals to take charge of their health and well-being, and provide trusted resources rooted in integrity and authentic community.

Our vision was born from personal experiences with chronic illness, loss, and the frustration of navigating a disconnected healthcare system. These challenges inspired us to create a supportive, community-driven space where others don’t have to walk their wellness journey alone.

We’re here to connect you with regenerative farmers, holistic practitioners, and conscious businesses throughout Indiana—while also offering classes, events, and content to inspire growth in mind, body, and spirit. At the heart of it all is a commitment to living in alignment with nature, purpose, and community values.

This mission is led by a passionate team of individuals who have turned their personal healing journeys into a shared purpose: to help others find their path, their people, and their power.

Meet the team behind Indy Holistic Living—and the stories that fuel our collective vision.

meet the IHL team

  • Karen brings over two decades of experience in holistic health to her role as a co-founder of Indy Holistic Living, where she helps build bridges between people, plants, and possibility. A graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and multiple herbal medicine schools, she specializes in skin health and herbal support for autoimmune conditions, always rooted in a nature-based approach.

As the founder of Materia Medica Restorative Herbalism Center, Karen offers handcrafted herbal-infused products, personalized consultations, and community workshops that empower individuals to take their health into their own hands. Her work is deeply informed by her commitment to the Bio Nutrient Food Association and regenerative food practices, advocating for healing that begins with the earth.

Karen is a connector by nature. Her warmth and enthusiasm create a sense of belonging wherever she goes—whether leading a wild foraging walk, mentoring a client, or helping plan community events. At IHL, she brings heart, joy, and fun to everything she touches, reminding us that healing is most powerful when it’s shared.

  • Jen is the creative force behind many of the systems, events, and offerings that shape Indy Holistic Living. As an “Abundant Idea Alchemist,” she transforms inspiration into reality—bridging the gap between intention and execution with clarity, creativity, and care.

With a degree in Business Administration and over a decade of leadership experience in high-profile event management in California, Jen blends sharp organizational skills with soulful, purpose-driven work. Her personal wellness journey—shaped by both personal and family health challenges—led her to explore more holistic ways of living, eventually returning to Indiana to raise her daughter closer to family and seek a more grounded, intentional lifestyle.

Here, she discovered a thriving, under-recognized holistic community. Through IHL, she’s helping to shine a light on the incredible practitioners, educators, and changemakers across Indiana. Jen leads with heart and vision—building infrastructure that supports growth, connection, and long-term impact. Her work is a living expression of her belief that when we gather, share, and create together, something truly transformational happens.

  • Page is a master of helping people live with more clarity, calm, and intention. As a self-regulation coach and longtime special education teacher, she supports individuals of all ages in understanding and managing their nervous systems through mindfulness, yoga, and trauma-informed practices.

With over 25 years in education and a lifelong dedication to personal growth, Page has a gift for blending the practical with the soulful. Her work invites people to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and create supportive rhythms that reduce stress and foster lasting well-being.

Page is also a deeply creative soul. Through her business Page Park Designs, she crafts meaningful websites for heart-centered brands—combining her eye for beauty, her intuitive sense of flow, and her background in education to design spaces that feel as good as they look. Whether she’s facilitating breathwork or building a digital presence, Page brings focus, compassion, and artistry to every project.

At Indy Holistic Living, she serves as both a grounding force and a creative spark—holding space for others to thrive while helping shape the visual and energetic identity of IHL’s mission.

  • Jonathan Isbill—aka Jonathan ZaZa—is a registered dietitian who brings a creative, heart-forward approach to food, healing, and holistic living. With a master’s degree in Nutrition & Dietetics from Ball State University and a focus on integrative lifestyle medicine, he helps people cut through the noise of health trends and reconnect with food as a source of nourishment, joy, and vitality.

Known at Indy Holistic Living as a “Strategic Innovation Wizard,” Jonathan has a gift for making wellness feel both approachable and inspiring. He blends evidence-based nutritional guidance with soulful insight—supporting people through coaching, education, and meaningful conversations rooted in whole-person care.

Jonathan’s approach is all about empowerment. Whether he’s designing a workshop, writing protocols, or simply talking food over tea, he meets people where they are and helps them align their habits with their values. His work helps others feel more confident, less overwhelmed, and more connected to what truly nourishes them—body, mind, and spirit.

In addition to his work as a practitioner and educator, Jonathan brings strong entrepreneurial acumen and systems-thinking to the leadership team at IHL. His strategic mindset helps shape the business infrastructure behind the scenes—from program development to operational planning—ensuring that Indy Holistic Living continues to grow in alignment with its mission and community values.

At Indy Holistic Living, he helps shape the nutritional and educational vision of the organization, always with a focus on clarity, accessibility, and transformation. His mission is simple but powerful: to help people thrive from the inside out and bring more heart to the journey of well-being.
