When we feel vulnerable with others and want to hide away, or we feel shame, it's a message from the pericardium that it has failed and let us down.

This treatment is to help soften those protective barriers we hold around our heart. To allow us to feel safe and seen in our rawness and vulnerability. To allow us to let others near us and know us as our true, authentic selves.
