This 2.5-hour guided somatic event is designed to soothe your nervous system and deepen your connection with yourself while also honoring being in community with other women.
We’ll begin with a heart-opening cacao circle, followed by a dynamic breathwork journey to clear the cobwebs, shed the clutter, and quiet the mind. From there, you’ll sink into a restorative sound bath and guided meditation, before closing with somatic movement designed to help you feel strong, grounded, and fully embodied in love.
