Come celebrate Valentine's Day with Sam this week! Shake Your Soul will be at Crunch Avon Friday at 7pm. This body positive, inclusive dance practice encourages you to drop into your own rhythm and connect to yourself and others. There will be an awesome playlist featuring some artists like Dean Martin, Chappell Roan, Taylor Swift, and Erykah Badu. We'll have songs for lovers of love, songs of heartbreak, and as always fun and community!
